Dear Loving Family members,
I am trying to post some of the photographs taken in last November from Kuwait when I had utilized the privilege of visiting that country where most of my dear and near ones had worked, stayed/ staying and earned a very good living. Though the stay was only for a few weeks, it was marvelous and thrilling. Could visit most of the relatives at their residence, refresh the friendship with many old friends and neighbors and Rannywalas and all. Above all a family get together of our Kuwait Chapter was celebrated at the residence of Mr. Thomas Mathew (Thomakutty) , by elder brother who was my kind sponsor of my visit and stay at Kuwait. The meeting was attended by all those of our relatives available at that time, at least a representative from each family unit. All were happy and enthusiastically participated in all programs, including bringing special and delicious food of their own choice for their dear and near ones. It was really a wonderful occasion were all got a chance to speak, sing, dance, and participating in vivid activities and finally to dine the self cooked delicious food/dessert brought by them. I am sure all will really cherish the sweat memories of the event. I will be posting some of the photos taken at that moments where you can see some of your relatives in thought and in action.
Wish you all a good time ahead. With love and affection – Sunny, Trivandrum

Hi all
Nyson and Deepthi were united by the holy knot on the 29th of Jan 2009 at the Mannamaruthy Bethel Mar Thoma Parish. We were lucky to attend the function a day ahead of our return journey to Kuwait. This was time great, as besides being able to witness the holy sacrament of marriage, we could meet many of our relatives unseen for a long time. The marriage and the reception were attended by a huge crowd of more than one thousand. The Church was full and all were not able to get inside. Besides the parish hall, a separate temporary pandal was erected at the new parking site and a buffet was arranged there. We were able to attend the engagement also at the Kanjikuzhy St. Peter’s Mar Thoma Church Hall.
Nyson and Deepthi, on behalf of all our members of Kaithavana family, we wish you a very happy and prosperous married life. A word to Deepthi: Deepthi, always remember that Nyson is very fortunate to inherit the house of our great grand father and it is a very very great privilege and fortune for you to be the soul and part of that great inheritance and to be at the core of our family. So always live upto that great responsibility bestowed upon you by tradition. May God bless you and Nyson and all of our family members

Hi Kaithavana Members
My reminiscences are not to be equated with a foolproof family history. It is just an attempt to pool together and put in black and what all that last in my memory before that fades out. There may be mistakes. I intent to translate into English the family history that has been written already by the Kudumbayogam. So corrections are always welcome as Appukuttaychayen did. But I am not attempting a correction right now before confirming that.

Hi All Kaithavanas and Friends
It is with great grief that I we remember the sad and sudden demise of our Babychayen(Kochuvakkeel) who left all of us on the first of August , 2007. Nobody can fill in the vacuum created by his departure. I feel as if an integrated part of our Kaithavana body has been lost for ever. I recollect him as he was, very jolly and and always welcoming us with an emphatic voice. His voice resounds in my ears. We never thought that he will leave us behind so early. We hoped for many a momentous events with him when we went back home after retirement.
I take this time over here to record and convey our grief and condolences to Ammini ammamma , Mathewkutty, Santosh and family. I also ask Santosh to get and stay connected so that we will not feel alone in our hours of sorrow and grief. Let us all join in prayers for the life of Babychayen amongest us. I also remind you all that specialprayers should be said in all families for Amminik ammamma and Mathewkutty especially.
